Refunds & Replacements

If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, you’re eligible for a replacement or full refund.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To start a claim, email hello@innerecho.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review it quickly and take care of you.


Made-To-Order Policy

Each shirt is printed to order. Because of that, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change-of-mind purchases

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about sizing, reach out before purchasing — we’re happy to help.
