1. What materials are your shirts made from?

Our apparel is made using premium materials selected for comfort, durability, and everyday wear.

T-shirts are printed on the Bella + Canvas 3001 — a lightweight shirt made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton.

Hoodies use a midweight cotton-blend fleece designed for structure, warmth, and long-term wear.

All pieces are soft, breathable, and built for consistent use — in and out of the gym.

2. How do your shirts fit?

Our apparel features a true-to-size, modern retail fit — athletic but not tight, with a clean silhouette.

  • Order your usual size for a standard fit
  • Size up for a more relaxed feel

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Be sure to check the size chart before ordering.

3. How long does shipping take?

Every item is made to order.

Production: 2–5 business days

Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days after production

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days total.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives incorrect, misprinted, or damaged, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.

5. Where are your products made?

All products are printed and fulfilled in the United States through trusted production partners that specialize in high-quality apparel.

We use premium blanks and professional-grade printing to ensure consistent quality with every order.

6. Will the design fade or crack?

No. Our designs are printed using professional DTG (Direct-to-Garment) technology with high-quality water-based inks.

The print bonds directly into the fabric, resulting in a soft feel that won’t crack or peel like traditional vinyl prints.

For best longevity, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low.

7. How should I wash my shirt?

To keep your apparel looking its best:

• Wash cold
• Tumble dry low or air dry
• Avoid harsh detergents
• Iron inside-out on low if needed
• Do not dry clean

Following these instructions will help maintain the fit, fabric, and print quality over time.

8. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

We may expand to international shipping in the future.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be changed or canceled within 1 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered production.

Because each item is printed to order, once production begins, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the order.

10. Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code may be applied per order.

Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

11. Will sold-out designs be restocked?

Most core designs remain available.

Occasionally, we release limited drops that may not return.

To get early access to restocks and new releases, join our email list.

12. Do your orders include gift receipts?

All orders include a clean packing slip with no pricing information.

Gift notes are not currently available but may be added in the future.

13. Where is Inner Echo based?

Inner Echo is an independent, Michigan-based apparel brand focused on premium, small-batch pieces.

We design with intention and produce on demand to reduce waste while maintaining quality.

14. Why are your shirts made-to-order?

On-demand production reduces overproduction and ensures your order is made specifically for you — not pulled from old inventory.
