Each Inner Echo product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases.

We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before ordering.

That said — if there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email hello@innerecho.co within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Eligibility

If a return is approved, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition

We do not accept returns for:

• Sizing issues
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Personalized or custom items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we do not offer size exchanges.

If you’re unsure about fit, contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to help.

Refunds

If the issue was caused by us (print defect, damage, or incorrect item), we will replace the product or issue a refund to your original payment method.
