Because each Inner Echo tee is made to order, especially for you, we don’t accept returns for size or style preference. This helps us reduce waste, over-production, and the environmental footprint of our small-batch printing process.

That said — we’ll always make things right if there is a problem.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item

Just send us a photo to hello@innerecho.co with your order # and we’ll quickly replace it at no cost to you. No stress, no friction.

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in original condition

We don’t accept returns of:

  • personalized/custom items
  • gift cards

Exchanges

If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to message us before you order — we’re happy to help.

Refunds

If there’s an issue we caused (printing, defect, wrong item), we’ll either replace the item or process a refund back to your original payment method.
