A minimalist gym T-shirt featuring “SHOW UP ANYWAY” with a small weightlifter graphic beneath the typography. The message centers on showing up when motivation is low, the day feels harder than expected, or skipping would be easier—and choosing consistency over how you happen to feel. Built around discipline, commitment, and follow-through.

These t shirts have a nice eroght to them, and fit perfect. I bought one just to try out, but ended having three in my closet. You won't be disappointed whatsoever.

CONSISTENCY BEATS EVERYTHING — T-Shirt
Store owner replied: Thanks for the feedback, Joel. Sorry to hear the fit wasn’t what you expected. Our tees use a modern retail fit, which can feel longer than some standard boxier shirts. We include a size chart on each product page to help with fit before ordering, but we understand fit preference can vary from person to person.
